PMO Design: We set up PMOs, PMUs, and centers of excellence for clients, and facilitate training and development for all strategic workforce to be involved. We assist clients in choosing the appropriate project methodology, tools, and templates and help customize them to suit their project environment.
Maturity Advancement: We work with our clients to assess the current level of maturity, develop an achievable improvement plan, and help keep the momentum going by supporting the execution and measurement of the recommended improvements.
Project Feasibility: We conduct project feasibility studies through research and coordinate subject matter experts in providing adequate and relevant information to provide the client with clear insight on any new projects they are to undertake.
Project Resourcing: We provide the client with the requisite project management resources during implementation to support the project lifecycle based in the client need.
Monitoring and Evaluation: We develop M&E frameworks for programme/ project evaluation to determine the extent to which interventions have achieved the desired outputs.
