Project Description: Capacity Building of 100 Entrepreneurs / Taxi Operators from the Nelson Mandela Bay in the Eastern cape
Key Deliverables included:
- Needs Assessment of Entrepreneurs and development of fist for purpose support programme
- Mentorship of Entrepreneurs
- Formal business development training on the following:
- - Small Business Financial Management
- - Customer Services
- - Business and Strategy Planning
- - Compliance
Outcomes: SMMEs to have the ability to fulfil their mission through a blend of sound management, strong governance, and dedication to assessing and achieving results.
Impact: 100 Entrepreneurs were successfully supported and over 80% of them were able to resolve challenges previously experienced, such as poor financial management and compliance among others.
