Project description – Managed the implementation, monitoring, and contract management of Discretionary Grant programmes/project as approved, through collaboration with all relevant functions in the organisation to ensure the successful commencement, management, completion, and reporting of programme/projects.

Key deliverables:
- Projects Planning and Governance – Develop best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, execution, project management, ongoing milestone/deliverable tracking, reporting, and key performance metrics.
- Project Implementation Support – Drive and manage the onboarding and inductions of project service providers who are awarded projects to ensure all EWSETA requirements and criteria are fully met during the project’s lifecycle and recruited learners in terms of expectations and responsibilities. Ensure end-to-end skills delivery project management administration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Reporting, Monitoring & Evaluation – Drive post-implementation reviews and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful skills projects.

- Implemented a well-defined Project Management SOP, enhancing consistency and efficiency. The SOP was accompanied by new tools and templates used to by the client o manage projects going forward
